Our price reflects the value and amenities of what we offer, as well as any seasonal, weekly and monthly discounts or minimum stay requirements. This is why the price you see for those dates is the booking price. Our cleaning cost is a fixed, one-time fee, regardless of the length of the booking.
We are unable to show you any of our units. For the safety and privacy of our guests and to not disturb our guests during their vacations, no showings are allowed. Our listing information, pictures and reviews are accurate and we are happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

"Paradise away from the beach
This is a great vacation rental location. I highly recommend it. The apartments are spacious, modern, clean, well-designed and well-equipped. There’s a good sized pool for everyone to access as well as a gym and bbq area. The staff are friendly and helpful with anything that arises. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the local beaches, and shops are all within walking distance. It’s close to several good restaurants; my favorite is Citrus - it’s got a diverse menu that includes everything from fresh ceviche and sushi to pasta. "

"Great apartment and great attention from the GoPunta ana team
The apartment is great and very clean. It has everything you need to live there. The kitchen has everything to cook. We cook 80% of the days. We spent 14 days and it was a very good experience. The apartment is in front on the condominium pool. Wonderful pool. 10 to 15 minutes walk distance from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Very good attention from the GoPuntaCana and condominium team. "

"Loved our stay
Condo was very clean and ready for our one month stay. This was our second time renting the same condo and we were very happy with it. The grounds are kept very well and the pool is wonderful. The only thing that had changed this year was that we weren’t able to use the most direct route to the beach anymore and that made is not as easy to get to the beautiful beach but we loved our stay."

"Stayed for 3 weeks and it was great
We stayed for 3 weeks over Christmas, New Years and into January. Everything from reserving, check-in, our stay and check-out went smoothly and professionally. The process was worry free and the condo was exactly as promised. Inside, it was clean, well supplied and in good repair. All we had to add was our food and drinks. El Amarillo Market was 1 block away and they will deliver 5 Gallon water jugs and Ice for a couple of $ and in only a few minutes. The beach and restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk away. There are also small markets for fill in groceries, etc. Major groceries are a short public bus away and easy to manage. Pool area was great and we used it every day. Great place to meet other travelers.
We would recommend this unit to other travellers and will use Go Punta Cana again if we return."

"Punta Cana, Bavaro area condo
The unit is more suited for short stays than for longer ones. The basic bare "bones" are provided however such things for longer stays are lacking such as dvd/vhs player, clocks, basic condiments for food prep etc. The accomodations are basically for up to 8 persons but seating in living area is only for 3. Pool is very nice and grounds are well kept. "

"Good time in Punta Cana
The condo complex was very nice. Great people and Go Punta was very prompt to any issues we had. Our check in was fast and easy. Go Punta representative was prompt and thorough.
It was nice that the beach was just a short 5 -7 minute walk from the condo complex and the pool in the complex was awesome. It was nice to have such a large balcony to sit. A barbeque for the unit would be a nice addition.
A few things that should be considered. The tea towels in the kitchen are polyester not cotton. Polyester does not dry dishes. The master bedroom lines need to be replaced since they are well worn especially the mattress cover which is ripped in several locations.
The pillows in the master bedroom are also well worn and desperately need to be replaced. The towels for the master bath should also be replaced.
When we arrived, all the bath mats were very dirty and we needed to wash them. Guests should not have to wash bath mats the first day they arrive.
The unit was generally clean when we arrived however, the carpet under the dining room table was badly stained and needs a good cleaning. As for the shag rug under the coffee table in the living room, it was also dirty. There were some chips in the carpet and since there is no vacuum cleaner, we had to use a broom to clean the carpet. If you are going to have carpet, provide the cleaners and the guests a vacuum to clean it, otherwise, take out the carpets. "

"Property was not worth the amount paid
The electricity cost us more then the required deposit which was suprising. We saw two coackroach in the bathroom which was very disturbing. "

The Condo was simply beautiful. It was in a quiet location, about a 5-10 minute walk to stores and resturants, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only problem we had was the unexpectantly closed the pool for 2 days."
