Electricity Is Included in the Rental Price (27 nights or less)
Monthly rentals (28 nights or more) do not include electricity charges (USD$500 electricity deposit). Electricity charges will be based on consumption and deducted from deposit. Refunds will be processed 48 hours after check out.
Our price reflects the value and amenities of what we offer, as well as any seasonal, weekly and monthly discounts or minimum stay requirements. This is why the price you see for those dates is the booking price. Our cleaning cost is a fixed, one-time fee, regardless of the length of the booking.
We are unable to show you any of our units. For the safety and privacy of our guests and to not disturb our guests during their vacations, no showings are allowed. Our listing information, pictures and reviews are accurate and we are happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

"Paseo del mar E1A
The condo was compact but fine for 2 people. Four people would definitely be feeling cramped. Well equipped but could use a few more items in the kitchen. Pool and grounds were well kept and security excellent. My only complete is that the mattresses were different on the two beds, one being soft and comfortable the other quite hard. The only complaint I had was not with the condo but surrounding area.Empty lots filled with trash sidewalks impassable due to overgrowth. This area of Punta Cana needs to improve the area if they want to encourage tourists, we have rented condos in this area for 2 years in a row and will not return, unless to a resort."

"great place
Very accurate description, close to everything. Property clean well maintained-looked new. Customer service was good. I would diffidently recommend to friends & family. Emenities -only the pool, NO beach access!!!! We found 4 great restaurants a less than 3 blocks away. 24hr Security Guard!!! Guards were helpful with info on city busses etc. But please DO NOT listen to the sales pitch for the souvenirs!!! Do your own shopping/compare!! We went on 2 great excursions, used viator. Santo Domingo & Safari ride. We stared at an all-inclusive hotel for a wedding. But choosing this place to complete our trip we were among the dominican people."
