"Costa Hermosa Luxueux Condo
Le condo était très propre et les meubles et décor sont choisis avec soin. Cependant le matelas dans la 2e chambre était très mou et taché d’urine. Nous avons demandé de faire changer le matelas et la réponse reçue a été que nous étions les premiers locataires à se plaindre de cela.
Dans la cuisine bien équipée il faudrait investir dans les assiettes car elles sont en plastique à 1.50 $ (prix indiqué à l’endos) pour un condo de luxe !!!!
Sinon les verres, tasses, ustensiles, chaudrons etc. C’est ok.
Petits problèmes non résolus durant notre séjour de 2 mois : poignée de porte patio dans la chambre principale, pompe de ****** brisée, shower head jamais eu d’eau, eau chaude difficile à avoir.
Chaque semaine manque d’eau dans tout le complexe pour plusieurs heures sans avertissement. Propriétaires et locataires manque de communication avec le groupe qui gère le complexe (PMS - Premium Management Services) aussi manque d’électricité à chaque semaine dans le complexe Costa Hermosa qui compte environ 45 condos.
Difficile d’obtenir une place de stationnement dans le parking liée au condo loué car toujours quelqu’un d’autre utilise le spot.
Dans un dernier temps quelques épisodes dérangeants de certains propriétaires; prostitution, marijuna, musique forte et comportements inappropriés sur les balcons à la vue de tous et des enfants dans le complexe avec leur famille...."

"Costa Hermosa H401- a very comfy unit
We stayed at this unit for one month and found it very comfortable, the furniture was comfy and the beds were very extremely comfortable. We did see some of the other units in the complex and found that this owner does take care of their unit. Go Punta Cana was easy to deal with and answered any problems immediately. It was so nice in the evenings to sit on the balcony and enjoy the evening, the shade were nice to keep the sun out during the day and the no-seeing up out at night. The only thing i would suggest the owner gets is a set of oven mits and a non-stick pan for eggs, Other then that we had everything we needed and more.
Thanks for the great stay, I will definitely return. I will like to return for three months next year 2023, hopefully this unit is available."

So you want to go to Punta Cana and stay in a nice, clean, well stocked, secure, within walking distance of both beaches and restaurants. This is it. The view from the balcony of the pool is stunning. This is definitely in the top 5 of Airbnb I have stayed at. "

"Paradise in Cortecito
This is an awesome location for access to the beach, bars, stores, and restaurants. This was our third time renting this condo and we do enjoy this area. However, the owners need to invest in new fixtures and a new paint. Overall, we had an amazing time and can't wait for our next visit in the Summer!"

"Being in Punta Canta made it better!
This was a very nice condo overall with nice appliances, kitchen ware, and bed. A few suggestions would be to add sun blocking curtains and additional towels and wash rags(only 2 provided) for the price of the rental. The onsite staff was very nice and friendly, the rental company was not compared to other agencies I have used."

"Costa Hermosa 3 Week Stay
The condo we rented at Costa Hermosa was absolutely wonderful. We had seen a condo in the complex during a house hunting trip the prior year and we were thrilled there was a vacancy. The condo was very clean and in the perfect location, walking distance to everything. There happened to be a great spot on the beach to grab a chair and enjoy the sun a short five minute walk down the street from the condo. The location was in the heart of a local neighborhood and we felt very safe. We were the first renters of the condo and we needed a few things like light bulbs, door stops, the gas turned on. We stopped into Go Punta Cana Real Estate to give them our list and everything was taken care of immediately. It was very helpful that they all spoke English since our Spanish is limited. The only complaint we have is that the water is turned off during the night for a couple of hours. We had a couple early morning excursions and the water came back on just as we were getting up. We had a 5:30 pickup for the airport the day we left. That meant showering the night before and having a bucket of water to flush the toilet, not ideal. We dealt with Anny Rodriguez when checking in and out and she prompt and helpful. All in all we were very happy with our experience and can't wait to return next year."
