Peaceful, secluded with magnificent views of the warm, clear turquoise waters extending out to the Belize Barrier Reef, you’ll discover the true joy of laid-back island life in one of these comfortable beachfront suites. Coral Bay Villas is all about the barefoot Caribbean lifestyle, surrounded by tall coconut trees, gently waving in the breeze over the private beach area, pool and Jacuzzi, this spot is ideal for couples looking for a tranquil paradise escape. We are an adults only property.
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, south of San Pedro Town, it’s probably one of the most perfectly positioned properties on the island. Just a short stroll or cycle away, you’ll find a supermarket, excellent restaurants, and some great authentically Belizean street food options too. If you are looking for cocktails or a more upmarket restaurant, take a barefoot wander down the beach and check out the nearby resorts and beach bars along the way.
Each comfortable and well-appointed 1 bed/1 bath suites has a private sea view veranda, living and dining area, and enjoy cool comfortable breezes day and night. If you want to do some cooking, you will have a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic condiments. For your comfort, the bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. For your enjoyment, there is a TV with over 100 channels and complimentary WiFi.
Housekeeping services are available every third day for a nominal fee of $15.00USD per cleaning if arranged prior to your arrival. Of course, you can request fresh linens at any time, and we provide a generous supply of bath/beach towels.
As you relax into the island vibe, there’s no doubt you’ll want to get out onto the water. Book a fishing trip, go on a sunset cruise, snorkel with sharks and rays or just spend a day sailing from island to island with a sumptuous beach BBQ set up just for you. Scuba enthusiasts can visit the numerous pristine diving sites along the reef, outer atolls, and even experience the famous Blue Hole. While you’re in Belize, don’t miss the chance to have a jungle adventure on the mainland. Float down a river while parrots fly overhead and toucans look down at you from their perches or visit one of the ancient Maya sites, where you can hear the roar of howler monkeys in the distance.
Everyone loves exploring the island on a golf cart, so you’ll want to set a day aside to visit San Pedro Town, experience some local culture, check out the natural beauty on the north of the Caye and, if you want to find Secret Beach, just follow the signs. There’s some great birding to be had along the way.
As soon as you book, we will provide you with our constantly updated Mobile Guest Guide. Our Mobile Guest Guide is loaded with information, including listings for numerous restaurants, bars, and activities. Our Mobile Guest Guide is integrated with GMaps making it easy to find your way around town. Each listing is linked to TripAdvisor; we’ve even linked the menus to many of the restaurants. The Guide is also searchable, so you can easily find the nearest Seafood or even Vegetarian options. We offer full concierge services and can arrange everything for you so that all you need to think about is having fun. So, just let us know, and we’ll book all your tours, in-country flights, and arrange golf cart rentals with no add on booking fees.
If you don’t want to think about shopping, we recommend arranging basic provisioning for your arrival through the Mobile Guest Guide. Your suite will be stocked with drinking water, bath/beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning supplies. We also provide keyed lock boxes for your valuables.
We follow CDC suggested guidelines and guarantee that there will be a 24-hour space between departures and new arrivals.

Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival – 5% Cancellation Charge on payments to date.
Cancel 30 day or less prior to arrival - No refund of reservation with the exception of the damage deposit.
If the country of Belize is not accepting visitors, you may change your dates without penalty, or a no cash value credit will be issued that may be used for stays within 365 days of your original reservation date. If you test positive during your test for travel to Belize, we offer a no charge date change for a stay anytime within 4 months of the original reservation date. The date change and credit offer have blackout dates for peak periods (Easter, opening of Lobster Season, Thanksgiving, and the Christmas/New Years holidays).
Final payments not paid within 3 days of the final payment due date will be treated as a guest cancellation and the full booking deposit will be forfeited.
No refunds will be given for unused accommodations during the stay.
Solaria II and II Combo
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival: 10% Cancellation Charge on payments to date.
45 to 60 days prior to date of arrival at the Property: Forfeit 25% of booking.
Less than 45 days prior to date of arrival at the Property: No refund with the exception of the security deposit which shall be refunded in full.
No refunds will be given for unused accommodations during the stay.

Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
Cancel 14 days or more prior to arrival – Full Refund.
Cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival - No refund of reservation.

"Another Great Stay at Corak Bay Villas
We have been coming to Coral Bay Villas since 2005. The views of the Caribbean from the villas are fantastic. The property is conveniently located south of town with restaurants and bars close by and within easy walking distance. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. You will not be disappointed. "

Loved our stay at Coral Bay Villas. All the other villas were rented and we ended up meeting the other renters, who were extremely nice.
The facilty was well maintained and there was always someone on duty while we were there.
The location was just minutes from the airport and downtown. Lots of shopping close by.

This property was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Beachfront, nice views and condo style as we like to cook some of our meals in our room using fresh local seafood and produce.

We could not have had a more enjoyable stay at Coral Bat Villas!! The property was exactly as described and was in the perfect location to enjoy some peaceful beach/pool time or take a quick walk into town. The property staff were all wonderful and super friendly! Communication prior to our stay was TOP NOTCH which completely put our minds at ease with traveling to a new place. We’ll absolutely be back!! "

"AMAZING, PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!
My husband and I didn't want the all-inclusive experience, and we found this quiet little place that has the best of everything!! Our suite was clean and spacious with everything we needed, including unlimited fresh drinking water, coffee, dishes, and a lock box for valuables. The pool and hot tub were clean and the property in general is VERY well kept. The staff was extremely gracious and friendly, and go out of their way to help with anything you need, including airport transfers, restaurant recommendations, reservations for golf carts, massages, excursions, etc. The property is RIGHT on the beach, located just a few minutes away from the hustle & bustle of town, so you can walk or drive. Markets, restaurants, etc. are all a stone's throw away. This place gets 20 stars all around and we will return!!"

The 1 bedroom condo was well furnished, in a good location and Elsa and Freddy took good care of My Wife and I. Only drawback was a/c only in bedroom and none in living area. Would advise against renting golf cart from M&K rentals. Mechanical problems and difficulty obtaining rental refund. "

"Fantastic place to stay
What a fantastic place to stay. We were so lucky to find Coral Bay Villas in Belize.
Simon, in the main office, made sure we got the unit we wanted upon request and answered heaps of questions without hesitation. Simon gave us good advice on how to continue our trip as we left Belize which was hard to verify otherwise.
Elsa greeted us upon arrival and made us feel completely welcome. We had a bit of an issue, caused by us, which Elsa helped us correct.
Freddy was fantastic and carried our heavy bags up to our rooms. He also refilled our big water bottle quickly and efficiently upon request. Freddy was always tidying up around the place to make it very appealing; pool cleaned, sand raked; pool surround swept, etc.
Both Elsa and Freddy were always honestly cheerful and greeted us whenever they saw us.
And then there was the view from the balcony ... the pictures don't do it justice. And the internet access was fast. What a treat. The villa had everything you could want: small, fully functional kitchen, bedroom with A/C, lounge with a TV that had 1000s of channels (many in English), and a balcony with a view to die for.
Overall, I do recommend Coral Bay Villas as highly as possible. It is a great place. "

"Relaxing Retreat
Very convenient location. Clean and well stocked. Clean gorgeous pool and grounds. Freddy takes great care of the beach and yard. Hot tub was hot, sky was blue, hammocks were begging to lounge in. Property within a short walk to a couple of restaurants. And there is a spa and water sports shack next door. It was within a short golf cart ride to everything you might need or want to visit in San Pedro. Elza and Freddy were helpful in arranging transport to and from river taxi, renting the golf cart (a must if you want to explore the city), answered a host of questions about places to eat, shop, and hang out on the island. We would love to come back and stay there again, and we already have recommended this property a several of our friends. We have enjoyed our stay immensely and I can not think of a way to make this vacation better! "

Very nice place. Clean and comfortable plus the people were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Elsa, and especially especially Freddie! Always ready with a recommendation or to grab us a cab or cart or kayak. Small problem with the shower was repaired pronto by the hardworking Freddie. Great pool and hot tub. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!"

"Wonderful in every way!
This condo was perfection for us! Located right on the water, quiet and beautiful—but only a short walk or golf cart right to all the restaurants and shops of San Pedro! The perfect sweet spot of relaxation and activity. The condo and grounds were spotless, well-care for, and had everything you could need to enjoy cooking in, lounging by the pool (hammocks, lounge chairs, umbrellas, floaties) and ocean. Elsa and Freddie were amazing and made sure we always had whatever we needed. We could not have enjoyed our time on Ambergis Cay more, and it is all because of the wonderful location, hospitality and attention to detail we were treated to. Highly recommend this stay!! "

"Muy Perfecto en San Pedro
Perfect in every way..... from the beginning of the reservation to an extension and end of our stay, Coral Bay Villas and Sunrise Property Mgmt and Simon were excellent. The Villa we occupied was well suited with all amenities. Everything worked and when I caused a malfunction (Tv, shower,TV, Window) Freddy was on it. He is the go to guy on the property. He will and can do anything that needs done. The views were excellent, the grounds immaculate. Elsa is in charge of housekeeping and does a great job. She will do a little laundry, stop to chat, or clean up your Villa and is a sweetheart. Oscar is the night watch and is a pleasure to visit with and he keeps a watchful eye out while it's dark. This property is just south of the busiest part of San Pedro and close to everything. We have been to Ambergris before and I will stay here every time we return. As you can tell I can't say enough good things about this property and the folks who host your stay. With that said...... please don't stay here. I don't want to have to worry about staying here next time because it's not available. If you do stay hone up on your "corn hole" skills!"
