Peaceful, secluded with magnificent views of the warm, clear turquoise waters extending out to the Belize Barrier Reef, you’ll discover the true joy of laid-back island life in one of these comfortable beachfront suites. Coral Bay Villas is all about the barefoot Caribbean lifestyle, surrounded by tall coconut trees, gently waving in the breeze over the private beach area, pool and Jacuzzi, this spot is ideal for couples looking for a tranquil paradise escape. We are an adults only property.
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, south of San Pedro Town, it’s probably one of the most perfectly positioned properties on the island. Just a short stroll or cycle away, you’ll find a supermarket, excellent restaurants, and some great authentically Belizean street food options too. If you are looking for cocktails or a more upmarket restaurant, take a barefoot wander down the beach and check out the nearby resorts and beach bars along the way.
Each comfortable and well-appointed 1 bed/1 bath suites has a private sea view veranda, living and dining area, and enjoy cool comfortable breezes day and night. If you want to do some cooking, you will have a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic condiments. For your comfort, the bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. For your enjoyment, there is a TV with over 100 channels, and complimentary WiFi.
Housekeeping services are available every third day for a nominal fee of $15.00USD per cleaning if arranged prior to your arrival. Of course, you can request fresh linens at any time, and we provide a generous supply of bath/beach towels.
As you relax into the island vibe, there’s no doubt you’ll want to get out onto the water. Book a fishing trip, go on a sunset cruise, snorkel with sharks and rays or just spend a day sailing from island to island with a sumptuous beach BBQ set up just for you. Scuba enthusiasts can visit the numerous pristine diving sites along the reef, outer atolls, and even experience the famous Blue Hole. While you’re in Belize, don’t miss the chance to have a jungle adventure on the mainland. Float down a river while parrots fly overhead and toucans look down at you from their perches or visit one of the ancient Maya sites, where you can hear the roar of howler monkeys in the distance.
Everyone loves exploring the island on a golf cart, so you’ll want to set a day aside to visit San Pedro Town, experience some local culture, check out the natural beauty on the north of the Caye and, if you want to find Secret Beach, just follow the signs. There’s some great birding to be had along the way.
As soon as you book, we will provide you with our constantly updated Mobile Guest Guide. Our Mobile Guest Guide is loaded with information, including listings for numerous restaurants, bars, and activities. Our Mobile Guest Guide is integrated with GMaps making it easy to find your way around town. Each listing is linked to TripAdvisor; we’ve even linked the menus to many of the restaurants. We offer full concierge services and can arrange everything for you so that all you need to think about is having fun. So, just let us know, and we’ll book all your tours, in-country flights, and arrange golf cart rentals with no add on booking fees.
If you don’t want to think about shopping, we recommend arranging basic provisioning for your arrival through the Mobile Guest Guide. Your suite will be stocked with drinking water, bath/beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning supplies. We also provide keyed lock boxes for your valuables.
We follow CDC suggested guidelines and guarantee that there will be a 24-hour space between departures and new arrivals.

Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival – 5% Cancellation Charge on payments to date.
Cancel 30 day or less prior to arrival - No refund of reservation with the exception of the damage deposit.
If the country of Belize is not accepting visitors, you may change your dates without penalty, or a no cash value credit will be issued that may be used for stays within 365 days of your original reservation date. If you test positive during your test for travel to Belize, we offer a no charge date change for a stay anytime within 4 months of the original reservation date. The date change and credit offer have blackout dates for peak periods (Easter, opening of Lobster Season, Thanksgiving, and the Christmas/New Years holidays).
Final payments not paid within 3 days of the final payment due date will be treated as a guest cancellation and the full booking deposit will be forfeited.
No refunds will be given for unused accommodations during the stay.
Solaria II and II Combo
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival: 10% Cancellation Charge on payments to date.
45 to 60 days prior to date of arrival at the Property: Forfeit 25% of booking.
Less than 45 days prior to date of arrival at the Property: No refund with the exception of the security deposit which shall be refunded in full.
No refunds will be given for unused accommodations during the stay.
El Estero
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
Cancel 14 days or more prior to arrival – Full Refund.
Cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival - No refund of reservation.
Final payments not paid within 3 days of the final payment due date will be treated as a guest cancellation and the full booking deposit will be forfeited.

"Perfect in so many ways!
Great location (no street traffic) - right on the beach! Beautiful views! Great walkable area (close to Belize Water Taxi), grocery
, restaurants and coffee shops. Fantastic breakfast tortillas at roadside close to grocery & yummy tacos at night across from stand - delish and authentic local!! Villa was very nice - comfy bed, equipped kitchen, TV and wi-fi. Veranda perfect to sit outside with breeze & palm trees! Pool and hot tub right beside veranda. Freddy and Miriam were super friendly and helpful. Security guard at night (but zero issues)! We always felt safe. Terrylee was so helpful with arrival questions, golf cart, puddle jumper, golf cart & tour! My only suggestion would be to add a folding drying screen for wet items since they don’t want clothes hanging from the veranda! We had a blast in San Pedro and hated to leave! Hope to return next year!!"

"outstanding stay at Coral Bay Villas
We just got back from our stay at Coral Bay Villas. We had the Eagle Ray 2 bedroom suite and our sons had the Lionfish Suite and the Seahorse suite. we stayed for 8 nights and everything was perfect. The villas are beautifully decorated and spacious. Spotless clean and amazing views from the balcony. The staff, Karina and Freddie were so friendly and helpful. We definitely plan on coming back.. Thank you for an amazing trip, we cant wait to see you again. "

"Awesome stay at Coral Bay!
We were very pleased with our stay at the Coral Bay Villas. The property location was right on the ocean front and gave such a sense of tranquility and serenity. The sunrise and sea breeze were beautiful on early morning walks.
Karina was such an awesome hostess and provided all that we needed during our stay. This is definitely a place to consider if you are looking for rest and relaxation; with fun and excitement just a walk down the beach or golf cart ride away! There are nice eating establishments within walking distance which was an added convenience."

We loved our stay at Coral Bay. I chose CBV because it was located near most of the places I wanted to visit. Unlike many of the neighboring resorts, I figured this place would be more peaceful because there are only 8 units. I was right. Each night we would walk out of our condo to the pool and hot tub, and enjoy the view of the beach and the moon and stars while we swam. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful with our questions. I’m really glad I chose this place and would stay here again for sure. "

"Return trip to Coral Bay Villas
My wife and I returned to Coral Bay Villas for another vacation. We stayed in two different villas, as we decided we wanted to extend our stay so we switched from Unit 1 to 4. The property is amazing! The villas are clean and have everything you need; the kitchen had every utensil needed. The pool, hot tub and the property are awesome and the beach allows you to walk right into the ocean. The staff are amazing and prompt to help with any question or request. Freddy and Karina were onsite and available to assist with anything. We will go back again!!!"

"This Must Be Just Like Livin in Paradise
And I didn't want to go home. Relaxing, Tranquil rejuvenating are just a few of the words that come to mind. The property is very well maintained by the staff. Thank you Elsa for all you did for us! Don't hesitate to reach out to her for any tours, reservations golf cart rental taxi's etc. Would recommend The Baker for a place to grab a quick bite to eat. I had a delicious panini. "Complete Relaxation
Coral Bay is truly an experience in relaxation. The well maintained condos have a full kitchen for full snacking. The pool and beach are perfect with a couple lazy hammocks hanging from the trees. "A Trip to Paradise
I love San Pedro and all of Ambergris Caye. Our stay was very good. We had a few unexpected, island wide issues but I’d go back in a minute. Coral Bay is such a special place I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else.

"Like being at home but on a beach
We loved our stay at Coral Bay Villas! The property was beautiful and comfortable. I loved that it was on the beach and had a pool and a hot tub but it wasn’t some big crowded resort. Even though there were 7 rooms, we rarely ran into the other guests. You can walk up and down the beach to get from one end of San Pedro to the other which made it really convenient to take a leisurely walk on the beach to and from restaurants for dinner. The location of the property is so central that we didn’t rent a golf cart. The property was very well maintained and our room was very clean. We had everything we could need for our stay and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware.
The best part was the outdoors. The grounds are a really good size and very quiet and serene. We went snorkeling off the property beach and saw lots of cool fish. It’s shallow and comfortable to take a dip. We even saw several stingrays that swam right up to us while wading in the water when we were snorkeling (they got scared and swam away when they saw us). Pelicans like to chill on the little break just off the beach.
I want to make sure I don’t forget the most important part: the property staff. Elsa is the sweetest. She is also really good at her job and will take care of anything you need in terms of booking tours and other activities. Our checkin, checkout and anything else we needed was absolutely seamless.
Freddy is the best. He’s super friendly too and was always making sure to ask if we needed anything. He keeps the property immaculate. At the end of his work day he would sometimes come play bags with us, which we really liked because we got to know him and he’s really good company.
Let’s not forget Oscar, the night watchman, who always greeted us in the evening when his shift started.

"Quiet, convenient
A nice facility, not in town but a 15 min beach walk to center or a 5 min taxi ride. There was only one other guest staying there so we basically had the place to ourselves. All the basic necessities we in unit to cook, a well kept grill on site. Pool was a nice size and the hot tub was helpful to sooth tired legs after a long day. No A/C in main living area, with all windows open a nice breeze from Caribbean. A/C in bedroom which was helpful for sleeping. The staff (Elsa & Freddy) were awesome, on site all day and available to assist with any needs. A pleasant facility "

The Coral Bay Team worked very well together and we had a fabulous vacation!! I was concerned that we might get bored over 7 days, but not at all - even with the slight bit of rain.
