Get away from the stress of life, in this spacious 2100 square foot, New Cedar long home, complete with all the amenities of home. Enter the home from the covered front porch to the mud room, that contains a washer and dryer. On the main floor is the kitchen, completely furnished, including a breakfast bar for 3. A half bath is off the kitchen, for your convince. The master bedroom contains a king size sleigh bed, with a full bath, tub/shower, all linens provided. The living room has a new sleeper sofa and a matching regular sofa and a 60" Tv with satellite programming. Open the French doors, from the living room to a large open front deck or go through the patio doors to a covered porch, complete with a gas grill, gas provided, and deck furniture.
On the second floor, is a bonus room with a 32" flat screen tv, dvd player and a new queen size futon. The two bedrooms upstairs contain full size beds and there is a full bath, tub/shower.
A slip on an aluminum boat dock, in a quiet cove, is provided. All that you need to bring for a great vacation, are your clothes and your food.

All baths are furnished with bath linens, kleenex, toilet paper, small bar soaps, trash bags. Bed linens with extra blankets and pillows are provided. Kitchen is equipped with coffee pot, filters provided, toaster oven, crock pot, mixer, blender, 2 sets of pots and pans, baking sheets, bakeware, mixing bowls, electric can opener, griddle, cutting boards, silverware, dishes, etc. All chemicals for dishwasher, washing machine and dryer provided.
2 golf courses, Lake Barkley State Park, 2 Marinas, within 5 miles in two different directions from the house, Land Between the Lakes National Park, with activities from a Planaitarum to a Nature Wildlife Park and everything in between. Historic Downtown Cadiz is about 5 miles from the property, with antique shops, small town restaurants, shops and farmers markets on Wednesday and Saturday. We also have 2 groceries as well as chain small department stores as well as restaurants.
