This house is perfectly sized for your family vacation. It is also well suited for elderly guests or anyone that has trouble with stairs as you can access the house from the parking area with just 2 small steps onto the deck and the master bedroom on the main floor.

KITCHEN: The eat-in kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. along with all the appliances you will need for your vacation.

LIVING ROOM: The living area offers a great view of the deck and views of the lake and provides great comfortable seating for a relaxing time. The living room also has a 36” Smart TV with cable and a DVD player.

BEDROOMS

• Bedroom 1: First-floor bedroom has a queen size bed.
• Bedroom 2: Second-floor bedroom which has two twin-size beds.
• Bedroom 3: Bunkhouse with a full-size bed and a set of twin-size bunk beds.


BATHROOMS

• Bathroom 1: Located on the first floor across from Bedroom 1 with tub.
• Bathroom 2: Located upstairs.

ACCESSIBILITY: Bedroom and bathroom on main level.

DECK: The large deck comfortably seats your family with tables, chairs and a gas grill for that great lunch cookout before heading back down to the lake.

PARKING: We have level parking with a new parking pad and carport with plenty of room for 2 cars right next to the house. We also have extra parking available just 2 minutes away for your trailer, etc.

DOCK: The dock features a swim ladder and 2 Jet Ski hydroports. New concrete steps make the trip down to the dock enjoyable.
