This fabulous 2/2 condo at Inverness Condominiums is located right on the Comal River and just across the street from Schlitterbahn. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only 1/2 mile away. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is the perfect spot for an amazing vacation. Owners have installed new wood laminate floors, no more carpet! The master bedroom has a King size bed and cable TV with a private bath. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and is conveniently located next to the guest bathroom. There is a patio with views of the Comal River. There is also a futon in the living room that sleeps 2. The open living/ kitchen area is the perfect place to gather in the evening. This condo has a Keurig coffee maker. All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high quality linens. Look no more, this is the condo for you!
You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the second floor and there is an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the return of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

"2022 Family Vaca #2
Pool was unkept and unusable the entire week of our stay. No space in kitchen for personal use. Pantry filled with various things and unusable. We were told that there was a queen sofa bed in living room but had a futon instead, that could only sleep one person instead of two. "

"Decent but need new cleaning service.
I loved that we were right on the Comal River with private access. Also Schlitterbahn was just a short walk away. The downtown area wasn't far either. However, whoever they have cleaning the property needs to clean mop/change water because we had to mop the floors the day we arrived (my crawling baby had black feet/knees not long after arriving). This really is unacceptable considering the cleaning fee you pay. *The floors didn't look dirty because they have a wood looking vinyl flooring."

"Weekend in New Braunsfels
The complex was nice and directly on the river. Pool was great overlooking the floaters as they floated by all day. There is a nice are to BBQ too. We were a bit disappointed though with the inside unit we stayed in mainly because of the carpet. It is old and stained and honestly would not walk on it without shoes or flip flops. The unit had nice updated bathrooms but furniture was old in other rooms. "

"Lackluster
The experience was lackluster at best. The room was tiny, even for 6 people we were always in each other's way. The security staff for the property was rude at times and we are a respectable group. They enforced rules with us that they did not with others in the complex about tubes...Aggravating but we complied. The carpet in the room was nasty appearing and stained. The shower in one room needed a good scrub and the shower door in the other was broken when we arrived and almost unusable, don't worry we fixed it and made it work for the time we were there. Then we were sitting down at the table and the leg on one of the chairs FELL OFF!!! I mean REALLY??? What if someone would have gotten hurt? For paying this much for a rental I was hoping for something a little nicer. The one thing I cannot complain about was the beds, they were comfortable. However the staff in the office could use a little more training, they had a miscommunication in their office about the length of our stay and one employee was very rude. However, the one second one that followed up was nicer and kind of repaired their reputation. "

"Would not stay again
This is a great location and the rental experience was the property management was smooth. However, the pictures of the rental were not of the unit we stayed in. Our unit was dated and looked like it was decorated and furnished at a Thrift shop. It seemed like most of the other occupants/renters were drunk and loud. Not a place were I would want to take kids under 16. "

"Perfect vacation destination!
Clean and beautiful area to stay. Families and adult crowds mingle by the Camal river entrance where a pool and hot tub reside. Bungalow was stocked with kitchen supplies and a few cleaning supplies. Near by to grocery stores and restaurants. A Dance hall and Shlitterbahn water park are within walking distance. We enjoyed your stay and would definitely come back!! Thanks New Braunfels Escapes for making my birthday trip one to remember!"

"Convenient Spot on the Comal
This was a very convenient condo on the Comal. There were all the amenities that we needed. We could stop along our float and drop things off or refill the ice chest if needed. We weren't left wanting anything more. The property was undergoing some renovations during our stay that we had to be gone for, but we had no problem with that. Overall, a great stay."
