ABOUT THE HOUSE
Unique wood-paneled ceilings soar overhead in the main living room, detailed with custom oversized Thai sofas, a stone gas fireplace, and a 40” TV with a DVD player and sound system.
Find two wicker chairs and an eye-catching love seat in the window-lined second living room -- a cozy space that’s perfect for reading and conversation.
The inviting pine-studded backyard has a spacious deck with two dining tables, a gas grill, and a private hot tub for relaxing soaks beneath the stars.
The beautiful gourmet kitchen inspires with slate floors and granite countertops. Stainless steel appliances include a roomy French-door fridge, gas range, and double sink. Two bar areas seat seven total, and the formal dining area has an eight-person table fit for royalty.
A king-size bed with an ornate wooden frame captivates in the airy master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.
Each of the charming guest rooms has their own en-suite bathrooms. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Guests in the fourth bedroom will find a king-size bed and a balcony with a swing. Three twin-over-full bunk beds and a private living room with a 32” TV make the fifth bedroom ideal for kids.
Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry, and parking for up to five cars (two in the garage, three in the driveway). Guests also have access to all of the Sunriver Resort amenities, including the SHARC, the local aquatic center.

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
