Easily access Park City’s great public-transit system, simply walk out the front door to flag down the trolley headed to the Main Street Lift. Park your car and forget it; two parking passes are provided for the nearby local lot.
Located at the top of Main Street, Park City's best restaurants and pubs are only a quick walk away. A trail along the stream in your backyard leads to the dog park. And getting here is easy; you’re just 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
The first living room is detailed with a sofa (that converts to a full-size sleeper) and modern armchair, plus a gas fireplace, and a 55” TV. This open-concept space flows into a dining area with glass-top table for four and the well-equipped kitchen.
Find another living room at the other end of the home, outfitted with a leather sofa (which converts to a twin-size sleeper) and another cool armchair. A gas stove adds warm ambience to the space, and a 55” TV promises relaxing evenings in with your favorite shows.
A second kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a breakfast bar with seating for three.
In the yard, find a grill and a private hot tub on the deck. Sink in and take in pretty Park City views as a stream babbles by. A little path beyond the stream leads to the dog park, a boon for the four-legged friends in your party.
The comfortable master bedroom features a king-size bed and 32” TV, with a queen-size bed and another 32” TV in the second bedroom. Find two twin-size beds in the third bedroom.
Two bright bathrooms each offer a tub/shower combination and stacked washer/dryers sets.
Guest amenities include parking passes for two cars at the nearby local lot, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Please note that this home will accept monthly rentals from April through October.
Perched atop Main Street, this delightful home is walking distance to all of Park City's standout restaurants and pubs. Wasatch Brew Pub is a half-block from your door, and the creative American-Spanish dishes at Chimayo are just two blocks away.

We accept all major credit cards, and charge a deposit of 10% of the total rental upon booking, with the full payment due 30 days prior to check-in. All reservations which are made more than 10 days in advance of check-in are fully refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within 72 hours after the time of booking. After this cancellation period expires, all payments are non-refundable. The guest who books the property must be 25 years or older unless otherwise noted.
