* $300 deposit
* $175 cleaning fee
* 12% taxes
* $50 processing fee
* Subject to holidays, and seasonal rates
* Additional charge for more than 14 adults

DEPOSIT:

$300- If cancellation made with at least 30 days’ notice 100% refund, after that no refund allowed. Min. age of primary renter 25.

Garbage must be bagged and hauled off to the dumpsters. Garbage bags are provided.
