This small lake of 160+/- acres is just over the MA border in Pelham NH. There is no public access. Year round home. First floor includes 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, dining area, living room and den. Washer and dryer, dish washer, and appliances. Down stairs offers a finished walk out basement to the lake. There is a family room with elliptical machine, kitchenette with small refrigerator and microwave and great for entertaining. Sandy beach with dock. We can provide access to private boat ramp to bring your own ski boat. There is a small fee. Nice yard for badminton. Sleeps 6. NO PETS/NO SMOKING please. Water source: Artesian well, safe for drinking. Bedspreads, pillows, linens and towels provided as are Cable, WiFi,and Smart TVs. Trash removal provided.

Pristine lake for swimming, boating, fishing,and water skiing during the summer months! Also, nature walks, hiking, bicycling, bird watching, and foliage viewing are available at 10 local conservation areas. In the winter, enjoy snowmobiling, ice fishing, and seclusion. Cross country skiing, and hunting where permitted are also available at the conservation areas.

Golfing, Museums, Movie Theater, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, Mini golf, Arcades, Trampoline Park, and Recreation Parks. National Park (Lowell), Minor League Baseball, and Conservation areas. Boston and Manchester are 30 minutes away.
Churches and Synagogue, as well as a Pharmacy, Convenience Stores and Grocery Stores are just a few minutes away.
