Raccoon Lake is 8 miles from Rockville, Indiana. It is the home of the annual Mushroom Festival at the beginning of May, and the Covered Bridge Festival in October. Raccoon Lake State Recreation Area, a 4000 acre
park, ensures that a very large portion of the lake is un-built. This home offers beautiful waterfront views to be enjoyed by guests. The modern, farmhouse style decor enhances the home and offers a great place to relax with family and friends.

$2195/week during Summer season -Memorial Day to Labor Day - weekly rentals only during Summer Season with Friday to Friday check in-check out.

$299/night weeknights off season rate. $349/night weekend rate. Minimum 2 night stay in the off season.
$349/night Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Covered Bridge Festival, Thanksgiving weekend (Thurs - Sunday), and Xmas week (Dec 24-Jan 1). Minimum 2 night stays during these special rate times.


Pontoon boat rental $195/day or $849/week. No pontoon rentals after October 10th in the Fall.


Raccoon Lake is a reservoir and water levels are controlled by the Army Corp of Engineers. We are not responsible for, nor have any control over, water levels and/or weather conditions. Refunds will not be given to guests for water level issues or stormy weather conditions.

We made good use of the indoor and outdoor amenities, spending time on the back deck, fishing, using the fire pit and grill. On a rainy day, we popped popcorn and watched a movie on the huge TV downstairs, our whole family snuggled in on the large couch. The house is a short drive from shops/restaurants/a pool/a playground in Rockville, and only a short distance more to Turkey Run State Park. The Raccoon Lake State Park recreation area was very close, and our family loved swimming at the beach there. This house definitely offered a great spot for all of us to catch up and spend time together. We were very comfortable and very grateful for such lovely accommodations. Kris and Logan were responsive and kind every step of the way. We'd definitely recommend this rental!
