Wash bedding linens you use and throw in dryer turn to max dry Housekeeper will take care of completing drying and making beds 4. Turn off all lights and adjust A/C to 82 degrees and LOCK all doors please test door to make certain they are completely locked Property Housekeeper Manager will be inspecting after renters vacate. Property must be in same condition as prior to occupancy to receive full security refund. Housekeeper will be there from 12PM-3PM to clean prior to next guest arrival. Please take care of this home as though it is yours and all will be fine. In the event that a pet, house party or abusive action is found on the premises during your stay and they are not allowed per agreement, landlord shall have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately with no refund of monies paid. I have had the pleasure of staying in this home many times with my family. Summer days, we hardly leave the water. This private lake has very little boat traffic even at the peak of summer, and the fishing is fantastic. We always feel like we're in a state park that no one else knows about. I don't think we've ever stayed there without spending hours on the deck after dark looking at stars like you've never seen anywhere else. In the cooler months, we typically have a fire burning for hours every day in the marble fireplace that sits on the patio. Wildlife is abundant, including bald eagles, turkeys, deer, and other critters. And the sunsets over the water are a great view from the deck. This place has to be seen and "felt" to be appreciated." The lake is perfect for boats and jet skis, because of the small number of homes on the lake with access. You really feel like you get away to your own place. The concrete deck is large enough to play bags or ladder ball while still having room by the fire to make smores. This log cabin chalet is wonderful from the moment you walk in the door."
