They include a 317 foot fishing and swimming pier, fire pit, lakefront tables, hammock and other amentities. The lake house has a nice view of Lake Buchanan which is 4.8 miles wide at this point. You can see Buchanan Dam 3 1/2 miles away from the property. The beach and floor of the lake is sandy at this point which is ideal for wading and swimming. The water level can be low during drought periods. Please call for more information if you are concerned about the water level.
