Contact advertiser for specific directions.   Description Beautiful deep water with big views! We currently have about 20 ft of water at our covered dock which has a boat slip and jet ski ramp. The lake is up and still rising. There is good water for boats & swimming. We are located near a favorite fishing spot on the lake. It is a very gentle slope and easy walk from our dock to our home. The Home Beautiful and private home located in Martin, GA (exit #173) on Lake Hartwell. The home is a 2 bdrm 2 bath with a loft. It is only 3 years old. The very open cabin plan has a large granite and custom cabinet Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Breakfast bar and eating area, Great Room with a river rock stone fireplace. The loft is open to the living area. Laundry room, large screened porch, and rear deck overlooking the lake. Both showers are stone tile. Hardwood floors throughout the house with stained wood lining the entire vaulted ceiling, which adds to it's elegant cabin feel. There is a King size bed and a crib in the Master bedroom. A queen size bed in the guest room . The loft has 2 quenn beds and two twin beds. The house will accommodate 10 people. The home includes everything you need to enjoy your time at Lake Hartwell. The linens, bath towels, soap and paper products are included and the home is maintained by a cleaning service. The entertainment center includes a NEW Flat Panel TV with Direct TV (200 channels plus), DVD, surround sound, Outside we have rocking chairs and gliders on the porch, table and chairs, and outdoor speakers. On the back deck there is a gas grill overlooking the lake. There is a portable fire pit, perfect for making s'mores. We built this house ourselves, but our lives are keeping us from using it as much as we would like, so we decided to rent it. We still use the home when we can. You will find that this is not a worn down rental property. The Lot The setting is very private on a deep cove just off the main channel on Eastonolle Creek. The lot is over 1 acre and covered with large mature hardwoods. The cove is very private and has water year round. The dock is partially covered with a swim ladder and with a 60' arched walkway with hand rails. There is a boat slip and plenty of room to dock boats on both sides of the dock. There is also a jet ski ramp.
