The main living area is the second level and boasts incredible unobstructed views of Lake Travis. Enjoy the big screen plasma TV and the floor to ceiling wall of windows. This second level also has the kitchen, two dining areas, a full bathroom, two bedrooms and an incredible wrap around exterior deck, perfect for relaxing with cocktails while enjoying the sunset. The third or ground level has the loft with a great birds eye view of the lake and the marina, along with the master bedroom and full bath that includes a Jacuzzi tub. The bottom level is a great room with billiards table, two sets of bunk beds and its own private lakefront deck. This level also has the laundry room with washer and dryer and the two car garage with a cobblestone driveway. Our amenities make our home, your home away from home with balconies off of each bedroom, a large stainless steel barbecue grill with picnic benches and table just off the kitchen. We are on the left side just before Jones Brothers Park. We are 10 minutes from world famous "Devils Cove". Driving directions: From Austin, take Hwy 183 north past Hwy 620 (Lakeline area) to Cedar Park. Exit at Hwy 1431 and go west approx. 8 miles (from Hwy 183) through Jonestown. Turn left on Easy Street which ends approx 1/2 mile into Easy Street Marina. Home is on your left.
