Our home, called Redwing, will be ready for your family summer 2009. This home is literally a few feet away from our other rental home on the Island and the pier on the lake. Again, we aren't right at the waters edge but most of the home provides lake views from across the street. You are also just steps away from many shops and eateries, including two great waterside restaurants. Enjoy sushi and tapas at Cerulean on the channel or enjoy a great steak at the boathouse. Either restaurant can be accessed in moments by foot or by boat. You will love Kelainey?s creamery where you can enjoy ice cream or gourmet coffee. Don't miss the full service spa just a short walk from the house. Winona Lake is also known for its unbelievable mountain bike trails (over 10 miles) and newly finished paved greenway path, so don?t forget your bicycles. If you do forget your bikes you can rent the newest in cycling equipment from the Trailhouse. You will find their staff exceptionally helpful. All of these are only minutes away from your rental house. This home features three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, a large dining room and very large kitchen will provide excellent space for the whole crew. The front porch is perfect for watching the sun set and feeling the breeze from the lake. The furnishings in the pictures will change as these are the previous owners. We will have a queen/king bed in the master bedroom with its attached bath and walk in closet. Bedroom two will overlook the lake and provide a full size bed. Bedroom three will have a set of bunk beds and a full/twin bed. Downstairs you will find the exceptional kitchen with every modern appliance. The family room will provide a cozy space to watch the flatscreen tv or play a game. The home provides plenty of yard and parking for all of your friends. Our home was recently completely remodeled and no expense was spared. There is beautiful detail throughout and feels like a lake cottage from the old days. Deposit of 1/2 of rental rate due to reserve week. Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 60 days before reservation. 1/2 of the deposit is refundable if cancelled at least 30 days before. Within 30 days, no refund. A damage deposit of $500.00 is required 14 days before date of rental. This will be held and returned upon your departure and after a satisfactory walk-thru of the property. Also a $200 deposit for pets. Additional deposit and fee will be required for pets depending on type and size.
