There is an adjoining private 20'x25' upper deck overlooking the lake, for entertaining guests or just relaxing. Lake Access for both houses consist of 250' of privately owned lake frontage. There is a lakeside 20'x24' lower deck with a 30' extended pier for fishing or swimming. Amenities include a canoe and a pedalboat. There is a single watercraft dock onsite. The water is nice and deep at the end of the dock, perfect for fishing, swimming, or just relaxing lakeside!!!
