Downstairs include two more bedrooms and full bath. Cover porch has a gas fire pit and gas grill. Attached 2 car garage. Surround sound, outdoor speakers, alarm , cable and internet. The kitchen is fully stocked. You will need nothing to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.  Activities: mini golf, go cart, shopping, dining and Lake Quachita only 25 minutes away. 6 miles to the horse race track of Oak Lawn and 6 miles to Downtown Hot Springs with bath houses, galleries, National Park, Magic Springs (amusement/water park from May/Oct. and more.  Rates: 3 night minium at $400.00/night May/Sept, except during holidays, 4th of July will be a 5 night minium at $500.00/per night, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekdends are 3 night min $500.00/night, 3 night minium $350.00/night Oct/April, except holidays rate will be $400.00/night.
