You'll enjoy grilling and eating out on the deck within a few yards of the water. You can launch your boat at the public park (DeHaven Park) just around the corner, and then park the boat at the dock right in front of the house. You can fish and swim off the dock here at the house, or walk over to the park to use the large fishing pier and roped off swimming area. Outdoor shower allows desanding after laying on the beach. If you've ever dreamed of having a bon-fire by the water... this is your chance!! You're welcome to burn some of our driftwood, or bring a bundle of campfire wood with you. Den and kitchen features all new sliding glass doors to the water. Other days during May and September we rent for a 2-night minimum at $125 per night. October through April we will rent for a 2-night minimum, $100 per night. Always add 10% transient tax and $50 cleaning fee.
