It has a boat launch on site, boat parking and parking for storage of your trailer.This house was finished in s 2008. Its exterior is ceder shake and has wrap around covered porches. On the main level the den has a 28' vaulted ceiling with open steps that has a view to the down stairs. The main floor has hardwoods throughout and has a master suite with a king size bed, walk in closet and a European shower that is 4;5' wide by 12' feet long with 5 shower heads for either staeming or having a relaxing message with seperate heads. There is a sleeping porch off the master with a fountain and a suspended bed swing. The den is equipped with a 50" Plazma TV with digital sound inside and out for the T.V or music. The vaulted ceilings are all heart pine touge and groove. The den has a stack rock fireplace with gas logs. The kitchen has stainless steel LG appliances and a commercial stove. Off the kitchen is is a coverd porch equipped with outdoor dinning & sound. Outside is also a closet with hot and cold waterfor prepairing the meals all outdoors.The grill is hooked up to natural gas and there is a refrigerator for adult beverages located in the closet. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and one bonus room with a couch that will make into a bed. This is a place for the kids to play games and relax while the adults can relax downstairs or on the porches. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has two sets of bunk beds . This house sits on 2.75 acres of land and has a 20'by20' Gazebo next to a naturall waterfall overlooking a 42' bluff.and the lake. The whole back yard is fenced all the way to the water. Must stay once and will want to never come home. Boat dock on site is equiped with a hydro hoist to store your boat to keep dry and not in the water. Never have to tie your boat up. Bankhead National Forest within seven miles for Hunting or Hiking. Private land can be hunted on less than 10 miles away. No hunting in development, shooting of firearms, diving off cliffs or rock climbing. Clear Creek rec center is 3 miles away with campground and lots of beach swimming and basketball courts. Winston county is known historicaly for being the first free state. The town of Houston is within miles and has one on the oldest jails still standing. We are Within 10 miles of jasper where that city is wet while the lake is dry.
