Plenty of room for large groups. 2 kitchens (one gourmet) with granite, sub zero frig, etc. Total of 3 frigs, 3 ovens, 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, 3 laundries, 2 dishwashers. Super spacious with excellent lake view (great windows). PLENTY of space in house, great yards, great concrete dock, plenty of beach, great outdoor furniture. Loved the hot tub! The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. There is PLENTY of space. The game room was fun for all ages. Our children loved it!!! The kitchen was fully loaded and spacious. The outdoor area is great for many activities. The lake area is perfect for children. There is a great area for swimming and sunbathing. There is a nice concrete dock. With so many rooms and so many bedrooms, you can stay there a week and never interact with anyone if you don't want to, or you can have the biggest party ever! Adding a staircase to the upper porch area would be a great idea, so that it can be utilitzed without having to go through someone's bedroom. I think you would get more use out of it. The setting is traquil and scenic making it a great place to unwind.The house overlooks Lake Sinclair and has fantastic views of the lake from two huge porches and from nearly every window in the house. The summer sunsets were amazing. The house is modern, spacious (numerous bedrooms with upper porch access) and comfortable with two great kitchens. The lake face of the house has porches and large colums that give it a true Southern charm. This vacation spot is one that we would GLADLY return too. This house is so unique in that it appeals to all ages and there is something for everyone to enjoy. There is more than enough room inside or out for nearly any activity you can think of at the lake.
