Deck includes gas grill, picnic table & fire pit. Bring your boat to occupy the boat slip w/lift in our covered dock. Enjoy the swim dock area on our community dock. Located in Fishtail Cove on the south side of Grand Lake. Owner is licensed Realtor. Must be at least 25 yrs. of age to rent property.

"This is a great place. We will definitley return. Very clean, quiet cove and received refund within three days of returning home. Pictures on web site do not do the cabin justice. Kitchen well equipped. Lakefront deck is as big as the cabin. You will not go wrong staying here."

"We've stayed here twice now. The first time was in the dead of winter & it was beautfiul. The wood-burning stove really puts out the heat! Very peaceful & relaxing for just the two of us.
We stayed again in June with a houseful of kids & family. It was even better in the summer. The kids had a great time with the swim dock & caught about 30 fish (catch & release). Make sure you bring your floats for the swim dock.
Cathy is an excellent host - very accessible. The cabin is just perfect & we sure enjoyed the deck. Our deposit was returned right away.
Sail Grand is a good place to rent jet skis & boats. The municpal pool/ waterpark in Miami (about 40 minutes north on the turnpike) was the deal of the trip. Huge pool, water slides, kiddie area -all for $1.50/ child & $2.00/ adult with hot dogs & drinks about a dollar.! What a deal!!
