The home has a covered boat slip with an electric lift for your boat. It has a fishing deck at the boat slip for fishing and a swimming ladder for swimming. The 1,750 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can sleep up to 6 people in beds, and can sleep more with the use of air mattresses and sleeping bags if you bring them. This home is charming, neat and like new. Shady Point Lake House is conveniently located about 60 minutes southeast of Dallas/Ft. Worth. The lake house is just 5 minutes from local shopping and dining. The extra wide channel has great swimming in water about 4 to 6 feet deep and has only a little traffic. The lake house in on the wide channel just off the open water of Cedar Creek Lake. You can see the open water of Cedar Creek Lake from the property and inside the lake house. The nice shaded yard has 150 feet of waterfront. Large covered back porch looking out to the water The large covered porch is close to the water. It has plenty of seating for everyone with a table and 4 chairs, a swing and extra chairs. The side patio has a barbeque, fire pit, table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. The back yard and the deck at the boat house have lights for evening enjoyment. You can launch your boat at no charge at a local public boat ramp.
