This vintage river home sleeps maximum of 6 adults with up to 2 children or combination max of eight. 2 nights: $500.00 $150 per additional night * $80 cleaning fee for all rentals * Minimum 1 week stay for the weeks containing the following holidays:Thanksgiving,Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day Please make a deposit of 50% down plus a $300 security deposit upon making your reservations.
