The cabin is completely non-smoking and pets are not permitted. We provide our guests with a clean, smoke free, flea and tick free environment. Maximum occupancy is 2. This newly renovated cabin rental is in the very beautiful Northeast corner of Pennsylvania, in the peaceful community of Lake Lorain. Lake Lorain is a non-motorboating lake. The cabin is situated on 75 feet of lakefront and, as lake properties go, it is more private than most. It is a perfect getaway for relaxation. If a shopping mall must be part of your vacation, this is not for you. This is rural at its best: farms and fields and five miles to a convenience store. A one minute walk brings you to the golf course and full-service restaurant and bar. The Lake Lorain community maintains a quiet atmosphere, respectful of the environment and each other. It is not a “party” community. The second sleeping area has a full bed. The living room has a gas fireplace and DataVision TV with a DVD player. There is a full kitchen : refrigerator with icemaker, DW, microwave, smoothtop electric range, coffee maker, toaster. Also a dining area, sitting area, bathroom with shower, picnic table and outdoor seating. A large in-wall AC is in the living room. Lots of windows maximize the view. The exterior was remodeled in 2006 and the interior in 2007. Linens, blankets, towels, lake towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and paper goods are provided. A pedal boat, a jon boat and a Weber gas grill are available for your use. Wireless internet access, magazines, cards, games, CD and DVD collections are available for your use. Normal cleaning fees are included in the rental rate. Damages, security violations and excessive cleaning costs will be charged to the credit card on file.  Activities: Lots of golf, hiking, swimming, antiquing. The Delaware River for rafting, canoeing, kayaking, fishing. Beautiful State parks. Hot air ballooning, horsebackriding.  Rates: During July and August full week rentals take priority, unless you are a returning guest. Full week (7 nights, Sat to Sat) $695.00. Security deposit $350.00. All linens, paper goods and normal cleaning fee are included in this rate. We also provide breakfast items. Weekend (2 nights) $325.00 Security deposit $200.00. 3 night minimum holiday weekends ( $425.00). Last Minute Midweek Special: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: $325.00. Security deposit $200.00. This can only be reserved two weeks prior OR if the weekend on either end is booked. Weather permitting, rental season is approximately May through October. Rates are for single/double occupancy and do not include 6% State Tax. Security deposits will be refunded after inspection.
