Fully furnished lake front property in beautiful Oak Harbor (near Ithaca, NY) with 150 feet of private beach front and an oversized dock great for boating, swimming and fishing. The dock also features a boat house with a 500 square foot loft over the water.
At beach level is a two story suite with a kitchen, bathroom and breakfast area on the first floor, and a double bed on the second floor. The bedroom has a large sliding glass door great for sleeping to the sound of the waves.
The main house sits on the hill with a stunning view of the lake. There are three bedrooms upstairs that sleep 7 as well as a sun porch great for kids who want to sleep "outside". A washer and dryer are at bedroom level, perfect for packing light.

"My Rosanky Rose", our name for this piece of heaven on earth, is in a prime location being only 10 miles from Ithaca and 2 miles from the Village of Trumansburg. Cornell University and Ithaca College are easily accessed from this Cayuga lake location.
Rates:
Please note that the property is rented for Cornell and Ithaca College Graduations in May of 2013 and is booked completely until late August in 2013. We are renting for Cornell and Ithaca Graduations in 2014.
June through August
Weekly rental is $3200
Off season (April, May, September, October)
Weekly rental is $2600
Nightly (2 night minimum) is $350
Cornell Graduation weekend 2014 is $4,000 for a 4 night stay (May 22nd through 25th) and $350 for additional nights either before or afterward.
Ithaca College Graduation weekend 2014 is $1800 for a 3 night stay and $350 for additional nights before or afterward.
