Deck and enclosed porch overlooking Sunset Lake. House is located in a private cove, with a floating dock. Wonderful lake views. Swim and fish right in your front yard. Come and enjoy lakeside living.
Sunset Lake does not allow jet skis or personal watercraft. Motor boats are limited to 16 feet, with a maximum of 90 HP engine. Please let us know if you plan to bring a boat, so we can make sure it will fit the guidelines.
Activities:
Swimming, kayaking, boating and fishing. Abuts 400 acres conservation land and trails. Mt Watatic, Mt Wachusett and the Monadnocks close by for hiking. Located on the New Hampshire border and convenient to Peterboro, Jaffrey, Fitzwilliam, and Keene.
Wintertime enjoy icefishing and snowmobiling on Sunset Lake, as well as snowshoeing and crosscountry skiing.Downhill skiing is also available at the local mountains in New Hampshire or nearby Mt. Wachusett.
