The ramp was only 100 feet from the home and having our own boat slip made it easy to load up the kids and head out in the lake! Great swimming area right next to the dock as well. Kitchen was well stocked and w/ seven girls I was surprised we never ran out of hot water! Spectacular view. Only negative is parking is a little tight. I have a 19'6" F&S. Boats over 20' would be tough maneuvering and parking in drive. Positives are many and I would highly recommend this as a vaction home for all families up to 10.
