Deposit must be paid with credit card (m/c, visa, discover, american express) and the remaining balance must be paid within ten (10) days of your arrival. The $500.00 will be returned to you (by credit card refund) within seven (7) business days of your departure minus an $100.00 cleaning fee. RATES are subject to change at any time. We do give discounts on stays of seven or more days.
