We would like to let you know that our cabin is located in the Town of Indian Lake but is on Lake Adirondack. Lake Adirondack is perfect for swimming, fishing, canoeing and quieter pursuits. There is a 10hp limit for boats on the lake for non-owners. We do not allow pets or smoking on the premises (indoors or outdoors) and these policies are firm. Our cabin is winterized and available for rent all year long. Our close proximity to Gore Mountain makes it a perfect place for a ski weekend or vacation. During the warmer season hiking and biking trails are plentiful. Bear Lodge is a beautiful log cabin with two bedrooms plus loft and two baths. Hardwood floors, large windows and a cathedral ceiling greet you at the front door. The spacious master bedroom on the first floor has a queen sized bed, dresser, large closet and sitting area. The second bedroom and two twin beds and a large closet. The main bath is well appointed with a tub, mirrored vanity and plenty of room for your personal items. The third bedroom is in the loft and has a queen sized bed, closet and bureau space and an outstanding view of the lake. The second bathroom is upstairs as well and has tiled floor, skylight and shower. Sliding glass doors through the dining area lead to a large deck where there are plenty of chairs and table for outdoor relaxation. A charcoal grill is provided for you. Please remember to bring charcoal or purchase some in town. Down by the water there is a dock and swim raft, canoe and 12' fishing boat with an electric motor. The motor is quiet, easy to use and great for trolling. Instructions for use are on the porch. The canoe and fishing boat are for use on our property only. We have life jackets in various sizes for your use. The cabin is on two secluded acres with trees lining both sides of the property ensuring your privacy. There is a separate porch entrance perfect for leaving shoes and wet towels.
