From the parking area, you descend an easy flight of stairs to the front entrance. The entry opens to a sunny enclosed sun porch with comfortable seating to enjoy the pretty views of the lake. The large open living area has warm wood floors and features a fireplace, comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa, and a television. The dining space sits between the living and kitchen and the whole room provides a warm, comfortable feeling. A large bedroom with a queen bed and television is located just off the dining area. A full bath with a tub/shower combination is also located adjacent to the bedroom and dining. From the entry sun porch, a wide spiral staircase takes you to the lower level. Here you will find a large family room with 2 queen futons, a kids foosball table, bistro table and chairs and a television. Lots of windows provide for an uninterrupted and sweeping view of the surrounding water. A screen porch is located just off the family room and can access the dock and boathouse. A hot tub has been added this year to enhance your relaxation! Two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a set of bunks, are separated by a smaller but full bath with shower. The exterior lakeside provides lots of room to enjoy sunbathing, fishing or just relaxing and taking in the view.
