Contact advertiser for specific directions.   Description Butternut Lake Lodge is a premium vacation facility for year around rental on beautiful Butternut Lake near Park Falls, Wisconsin in the heart of the Wisconsin Northwoods. It consists of a log lodge (sleeps 8) and four adjacent suites (sleeps 4 each) which provide privacy, convenience and luxury in a peaceful, wooded lakeshore setting. Butternut Lake Lodge is situated on high ground overlooking the Narrows of Butternut Lake. A large patio and separate boathouse observation deck afford stunning lake views. The spacious grounds offer fire rings, a stock of seasoned firewood, a regulation size sand volleyball court and horseshoe pits. Butternut Lake � At over three and a half miles long and over 1000 acres, Butternut Lake is a Class A muskie fishing lake with plentiful pan fish and walleye populations. Butternut Lake Lodge has two fishing boats w/motors, three sit-on kayaks and a canoe for rent. Lodge - The Lodge was originally constructed in the 1940�s. The building has been modernized and delightfully decorated while still maintaining the warmth and charm of the original structure. The Lodge sleeps up to eight people in three bedrooms. Look for the uniquely made custom iron beds. The Lodge kitchen is incredible with granite countertops, two ovens, a warming drawer, microwave, dishwasher, tableware for up to 24 and every small appliance you could imagine plus much, much more. The dining room�s 14� trestle table will seat up to 16 for a formal meal. Imagine carving a holiday turkey with your whole family gathered around. The Lodge�s Looney Bin is a gathering place to embellish hunting/fishing stories around the stone fireplace, watch TV or play cards. Suites - The Suites include the beautifully decorated Hunter, Pioneer, Banker and Bordello. Each suite sleeps up to four people and features a king-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, satellite TV, kitchenette (sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator) and gas BBQ grill. The Banker Suite also has a two-burner cooktop and a whirlpool tub. Types of Rental: Family reunions: Many people rent the Lodge and all of the suites for family/friend get-togethers including those all important �girls� weekend out�. The Lodge kitchen is set up to accommodate up to 24 people staying in the Lodge and suites. Romantic Getaway: If you are looking for romance, look no further than the Bordello Suite with its iron bed with velvet fabrics, brazen colors, and claw foot slipper tub (yes, it also has a shower). Business Travel: Tired of the same old motel room? Try one of the suites at Butternut Lake Lodge. All are decorated with comfort/relaxation in mind after a long day�s work. Why not enjoy a lake view and a book in the hammock instead of staring at a TV on a blank wall? You could be down at the dock enjoying the sunset. "Best spot in Northern WI to hold a family reunion - we've been there 3 years running ... ea. family gets their own suite, but we gather at the lodge for grilling, meals, cards and fish expansion stories.
